Vident Easyshade Quality Manager offers an efficient way to analyze the shade of ceramic restorations prior to staining and glazing. If shade correction is needed, Quality Manager recommends the necessary adjustment and can also provide a printed quality certificate. Quality Manager easily connects to the VITA Easyshade for fast, accurate results.

When a crown has been verified with the VITA Easyshade and the shade quality measures as “Good,” no adjustment is needed. Should the crown be a lesser quality match, the term “Fair” will appear illuminating the appropriate discrepancies. Should “Adjust” be displayed as shown in the above example, the shade is unacceptable. Easyshade Quality Manager helps correct such issues by mixing the appropriate VITA Akzent stains to then complement specific VITA 3D-Master shaded restoration.

In this example two individual VITA Akzent stains are to be mixed equally by volume to rectify the Chroma. *An option here is to re-check the wet applied stains prior to the ammending firing, as the Easyshade can actually read the adjustment. Note: The stains may again need to reapplied if disturbed by the probe.
