This fully automatic microprocessor-controlled furnace has 500 expandable and freely selectable firing programs. VITA firing programs come pre-loaded and are easily edited.

The 4000 Premium T upgrade allows dental technicians to use the VITA Photo Viewer at their workstations, making it significantly easier to achieve natural effects when layering using VITA VM porcelains. How it works: the software upgrade is uploaded from a USB stick, after which an additional “Photo” icon appears on the VITA VACUMAT 4000 PREMIUM T touch-screen display. Digital photos the dentist or dental technician has taken of the patient can now be uploaded, also via a USB stick, and viewed in full-screen mode on the display. The technician can then adjust the brightness and contrast in order to analyze tooth shade effects.

VITA Vacumat 4000 Premium T is also recommended for the new “powdered by VITA In-Ceram”process (Electrophoretic Deposition, EPD techniques)
