VITA’s Machinable Ceramics in Disc Form
Many of VITA’s machinable ceramics, manufactured using dry pressing procedures to insure uniformity regardless of thickness, are now available in disc form for open CAD/CAM systems. VITA In-Ceram YZ Discs feature a diameter of 98mm and a height of 14, 18 or 20 mm and are ideal for multi-unit bridge structures with a long span. VITA CAD-temp discs are made of machinable polymer composite materials that blends strength and elasticity; they are ideal for long-term temporary restorations. VITA CAD-Waxx discs are a millable. filler-free acrylate polymer that can be used in place of wax to produce full-contour restorations. |
