The Original VITA Classical Shade Guide
This is the one that started it all when it was first introduced in 1956. Every dentist around the world is familiar with the VITA A-D shade system provided here. The 16 shades arranged in hue groups is renowned the world over for its coverage of the natural tooth space and its ease of reproduction no matter what restorative material is used. Incidentally, to arrange the guide in Value order (one of our most common questions!) arrange the tabs this way:
